Predecess, Investment Friends Capital S.A. was established as a result of changing the name from Zakłady Mięsne HERMAN S.A. The company's seat is located in Płock (Poland, 09-402) at Padlewskiego Street 18c. The entity was registered in the National Court Register under the number KRS 0000716972. Currently, the Company is registered in the Estonian Commercial Register under the number: 14618005

2012 year
February: change of the company name from ZM HERMAN S.A. to INVESTMENT FRIENDS CAPITAL S.A. and the transfer of the seat from Hermanowa to Płock. Change of the company's activity profile from meat processing and production to activities supporting financial services and investments in renewable energy sources and commercial real estate.
2008 year
